Best Western Hotel City - Turin

The staff is very polite and helpful, the room was immaculately clean and the location is perfect. I would gladly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Turin.

Location is perfect if you travel by train; Reception is very friendly and helpful, we are very happy with the recommended restaurant and ice cream shop.

Parking entrance is not easy to find, room a bit old.

The people that works there was very polite free internet!

Air conditioning did not work well.

Everything necessary, functional and straightforward. Good bed. Simple TV. Decent breakfast. Good location.

Cavernous and a bit gloomy. Decor was disorientating (no right angles; bare plywood everywhere; strange colour combinations.) Breakfast was rather depressing, though the food was better than average, simply because of lack of obvious staff presence in vast dining area - creates a deep down twinge of insecurity.

Everything was great! The location was really convenient and very quiet. Lovely staff and very nice breakfast!

excellent place, right in the middle of the city. 3 mitues to airport bus. 5 minutes to train station. perfect wood work in the rooms and the hotel. just perfect.

The proximity of the Hotel to the train station was great, as I was traveling on to Paris the next day.

One of the main reasons I chose Best Western is because of the free internet offer. This properties wireless Internet did not connect in the room and only worked from the lobby of the Hotel. When I inquired, I was shown the router, which was at the front desk and my room was over 50 feet from the router.

Good Location, near Porta Susa. Friendly Staff, wireless internet all over the place. Free use of computer.

Breakfast could be better. This hotel needs absolutely better bread.

tap leakage and definitely toooo small bathroom for a deluxe ****-room. Breakfast:very limited sandwich filling / syrup coffee (what a shame to serve this kind of coffee in Italy!!)

The location is good, near to amenities

There is no windows in the room except for small openings for ventilation. However, there is no views around either. Made a comment on my booking regarding a need for carpark space but staff told me no request has been made and hence I have to park at another public location.

Modern and artistic decor. Free internet for 20 mins.Good breakfast.

Tea and coffee facilities were only available on request. Alot of early morning steet noise, our rooms were at the front of the hotel . Some one was vacuming at 06.55!
